Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate departmental functions.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Contribute to the coordination of services throughout the Enrollment and Student Services unit.
Serve as liaison to the College community by promoting Counseling Services at CPCC.
Serve as a resource to faculty and staff.
Provide academic advising and academic counseling.
Provide personal counseling.
Help students connect with resources which meet their needs.
