Has the primary responsibility for planning, scheduling, presenting, coordinating, reporting and generally managing each BLET course. The School Director manages every aspect of a BLET course including record keeping, selection of appropriate facilities, audiovisual equipment and aids, provision of course materials and publications, and supplies.Schedules of all course activities, selection of properly-qualified instructors, and any supplemental student rules of conduct, etc... The School Director is responsible for administrative rules for regulating trainee participation, demeanor, attendance, and attendance records. The School Director is solely responsible for making the final determination whether or not a trainee has acquired the minimum knowledge to perform as an inexperienced law enforcement officer
