Bill is a full-time Chef Instructor.  He is a Certified Executive Chef and Certified Culinary Educator;He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, holds a Bacherlor's in Education Degree from Western Carolina University. Holds two advanced certificates from the Notter School of Confectionary Art. Numerous CEU's from the CIA at Greystone and Hyde Park in bakeshop applications.
Bill has over 30 years of hotel/restaurant experience with such corporations as Hilton Hotels and the Marriott Hotels.
He has managed casual them dining concepts as well as fine dining all over the southeast United States.
He still enjoys consulting resorts and country clubs on a seasonal basis.
